LIFE HISTORY
Inhabits montane forests where they can be found perched on leaves or branches surrounding puddles and forest ponds. It is very similar to Rhacophorus tunkui but differs by being larger in size and a montane species as opposed to a lowland one.

SKIN
Skin smooth above, with or without small scattered tubercles; belly coarsely granular; a broad smooth-edged flap of skin along the outer edge of arm and hand and another along the outer edge of the foot as far as the heel. Anal region with a strongly projecting, squarish cutaneous flap
DORSAL COLOR
Upper surfaces of body and limbs green, with numerous small brown punctiform spots
VENTRAL
Belly yellowish; web between fingers greenish-yellow, web of toes yellow at base; blood red at margin.
DIGITS
Finger tips expanded into large disks, that of 3rd finger larger than tympanum diameter; fingers broadly webbed, web reaching disks of outer 3 fingers.
