Inhabits primary and old secondary lowland forests where they can be found perched on vegetation around still water bodies like temporary ponds and puddles following heavy rainfall.

SKIN
Finely pebbled, no projections or ridges; Forearm with a wide flap of skin which extends to the edge of the outer finger; Heel with a wide flap of skin that extends to the outer edge of the foot.
DORSAL COLOR
Dorsum emerald green; sometimes with a few scattered white spots; Sides of the body and legs yellow; Webbing on the fingers and feet are black and yellow.

Juveniles are dark orange with irregular white patches all over the body and limbs

White which turns to yellowish on the chest and belly.
